Ok i know the question has been asked a ton of times but i want to know a basic amount i am looking to comnvert to a mt from auto.I have a 1997 240 base.I was learning how to drive a stick with a fellow mwmber today "patato skins" Thanks man.I did pretty goos from what he said i was shifting up to 4th gear in about 20-30 minutes with out jerking and stalling.but still alot of room for improvement.

I remember i was told that it would cost me around $500 for labor (back in the days when i wanted to get a manual in my escort). But then i think it depends on where you live...
