if its chrome........ use 4 odd.......would do an okay job... use compound if u want that bling effect.... its its a polished already just use compound and rub with cloth.... if its alluminum do the same... if its faded alluminum use some sort of die grinder/ rotary polishing tool with a rouge bar.... have fun good luck..

never ever ever ever use 4 odd on alluminum.... use it on ur wheel and then youll know why

you can go to autozone and get some 'aircraft cleaner'. This shit is very painful if it touches your skin (dont ask how i know). Its like 8bucks for a half gallon, get some of that, and a brush. Be VERY careful not to get it on anything that you don't want polished. Slap it around a bit with the brush, let it sit for about 20 minutes, and you'll see the paint or whatever is covering the wheel 'peel' up to reveal a nice shiny polish look. Then of course rinse off and get the spots you missed

if you use aircraft cleaner...it will strip EVERYTHING in which you would need to clear coat it if it is aluminum b/c it would turn yellow and ugly from oxidation..

i have riken and enkei mesh that i used sandpaper on and sanded past the clear coat. starting at 100 grit goign to 2000 grit. And they look great, plenty of ppl can vouch for the quality. It takes alot of time and aircraft paint stripper will not get all the clear coat off espicially off enkeis. Sanding through mesh take a shit load of time beware i spent atleast 2 full days on each set sitting there sanding and polishing. And they dont turn yellow or anything they just need to be polished ever few months. Here is the end result

the 2nd pic is riken mesh i got from the junk yard that were rusted had pits on em and lots of crub rash. it just takes time. Also u might wanna consider on what kinda wheels you take sand paper to... mesh is a different story there cheap and dime a dozen.

Aircraft stripper didn't take the clear coat off my SSR's. So I have the fronts to the buffer at my work and he gritwheeled them, then brown, then green, then rouge. =]
