s14 Front camber adjustment with mr c/o's????

Since there is no documentation in the box with any helpfull info and this is my first set of coilovers what is each tick on the top equal to for the camber adjustment. Is each line 1 degree or do they go in halves??? Please help out the suspension newbie!!!!

Thanks for the help, appreciate it. I am just waiting for my ruca's and toe links to show up so I can do the back and then it's going for an alignment.
