Tire Question

So I just got a set of used Works 17x7+33F and 17x8+35R. I want to mount some A038s on these bad boys but the sizes tire rack (on sale though) offers is kind of wack. Let me get to the point, 235/40/17F and 255/40/17R is the best I see. Are these a little too wide for these wheels or with a little extra camber and roll will everything be OK? Let me know what you guys think, thanks

Personally I wouldn't go larger than 245 on my 8's. If it is within the range of the manufactures specs it'll work.

I put 265's on 8.5's and they were fine. 255's on your 8's will be ok, but I would run 225's on the 7's.

I want to run 225's on the fronts and 245 on the rears BUT advans smallist A038 width is 235 in the 17" size so im kind of fucked. I can do 235/40/17F and 245/40/17R but rather have 255's out back if im gonna run 235s up front.

Of course I dont have a S14, hahahahaha

I know its gonna rub but im gonna give that shit quite a bit of camber and hope it doesnt rub too much. I got 225s right now and they rub quite a bit but im only running 1.5deg of camber. Gonna up that to 2.5deg.

Well im gonna go for it once my rims get here, I know they are gonna fit onto the rims now. Bwahahaha
