wheel tugging (strut problem?)

Anyone know what this could be? Whenever I'm turning the steering wheel, my wheel makes a tugging noise. It makes a "tick, tock!" sound whenever I turn the steering wheel heavily. Makes the noise most when I am going about 10-15 mph, and making a U-turn or parking perpendicular. My wheel also jumps a lil bit, just very slightly, can't feel it but you can see it.

Got D2 coilovers BTW.
