I'll be doing this custom exhaust set-up like this guy has. Any adverse effects? Pros? Cons?

Cons: Boost spike, black windshield, too noisy, crappy noise to add, cops, lack of torque, people pointing and laughing, back fires, emissions.....

pro's: semi original, faster spool-up

DC Sport 4-2-1 headers.
-Custom Downpipe.
-Custom made Hood Exhaust
does this guy even know what the fuck he is talking about? Headers AND a downpipe?!? PUhahhahah!!

that's gonna be such an awesome exhaust! ESPECIALLY once the turbo heats up and you start shooting flames ...pretty much... directly at your face...with just a windshield to block it. HAHAHHA, please install a video camera in your car after installing this...so we can have a good laugh.

why don't you route it into your airvents as well.. or maybe make dual truck pipes coming up from either side of your fenders? unless its a """"Show"""" car i would never recommend this!! but then again i have 1150 posts so who am i to share my opinion?

I think that is not a GOOD idea for a street or daily driver application. I would think a con would be water flowing down it when it rains....also you said this was YOUR new exhaust well it isn't yours, now is it haha.

well seeing as how this is a showcar.. its a pretty cool idea looks niffty and new. i think it would be a better idea to route the piping towards the front wheel
