can anyone help me out on my situation, while driving i feel horrible power gains from 2-3k rpm, and i mean SHITTY, i sometimes have to floor it almost just to get it past 3k rpm, then it runs fine when i hit 3k rpm

any ideas anyone?

it's an S13 A/T sohc

and no, dont say "cuz its A/T" it was fine several weeks ago

MAF sensor, clean that biatch out.
clean your injectors.
clean your throttle body
