Suggestion on snap rear toe arm bolt.

So I tried to replace both of my bent rear toe arms but the bolt nearest to the diff snap because it was rusted out .So I thought to myself no problem I'll just replace it.
But I tried hammering out the broken bolt but won't loosen up.Any suggestion on what to do next? Thanks for looking!

Reverse drill bit, then once it sticks out enough, use those muskells of yours and use a pair of pliars.
