yes there is a conversion kit to change the s14 to s15.  try the below link:

ok...are those s15 lights direct swap ins? and is the bumper a direct swap in....because i want that bomex kit, but i dont want to get teh conversion kit, and sell the bumper just to buy a bomex bumper....anyone clarify this for me?

sorry man, the lights wont bolt right up.  i assume you mean on the s14?  to get the s15 front you need the hood, fenders, lights, core support, and a bumper.  it wont work without all the goodies i listed above.

i think i was unclear on that last question....i mean....do the lights(assuming i had the hood, bumper, fenders, etc....) bolt right in?

yes, from what i have heard the conversion is pretty straight-forward.  i plan to do it to my s13 after i actually get my car and do the performance aspects.  if you end up doing it, tell the boards about the install and post some pics.  good luck~
