Better cooling since it's thicker.

Go with a Modine OEM for a dual cam, the single cams had a single core and an extra fan. the modine has metal tanks, and is dual core. About $160

is the modine brass or copper? usally metal end tanks point to that, heavy. but a s14 rad is 1" thick compared to a as13 5/8" thick, i run a as14 on mine, the only difference is you have to loop or re-route or coolant res, the s14 is on the opposite side as a s13 and the upper mount were in a differnt spot too.
