thumping vibration on launch

Hello everyone. I have come with another question. At take off in first gear, i get a thumping/looping/vibrating sound and goes away shortly after, say about after 10 mph. I also get heavy vibrating at about 40-50mph but I guess thats a tire balancing issue.

anyone have any ideas

well after reading that article, it states that you may hear more vibrations and thumps. Well, i guess is better then the thumping at take off. I already get alot of road noise due to the gutted rear end anyway.

Could be your exhaust hitting the bottom of the car. Engine is torque-ing over more when you take off.

May cheap ass OBX header hits the bottom of my car, especially with my Nismo motor and trans mounts. The tranny sits higher because of that mount, making the header really close to the body.

Just a thought.
