Notching front fenders

How exactly do you notch front fenders? I know youre supposed to put a notch in the fender shaped to the tires sidewall but in my case theres an area of like 6in where it rubs.

the area between the 2 outer red marks.

Or do I just rock it with smoke pouring off the fenders

I used a pole and held it perpendicular to the ground. Used the normal rolling technique applied with poles and bats. It flattend that part of the fender like buttah. For problem areas. I used alligator clamps and covered the fender with a bunch of shop towels to minimize impressions, just squeezed and flattened until it was fixed. I still rub, but its because of gas ass tall tire up front. Never go 50-series up front no matter how cheap!

2.2 degrees in the front.
I did hammer the fender all around from when I had +0 15s and creased the middle of it with a pipe, and see the middle where paint is missing it was still rubbing at counter while hitting dips and all around under there theres no paint left.
It only rubs while counter steering on a rough course thats all ,normal driving its fine.
With these 17s its gonna be worse it almost touches just cutting the wheel,
gonna leave it like that I guess
Krustindom not gonna pull it more with my roller, the fenders mostly zip tied on plus dont wanna have it sunk in either.

EDIT: Just reread everything seems like people thought I was having fitment issues,I know how to solve that. I ment when you tuck tread in the front steering and suspension compressing=rub, thats what I was talking about.

Yeah, a fender roller on my front fenders pulled a good 20mm. Still need to smooth it out though.

i think they're fixed up starion wheels.

If you're rubbing to the point that it's hurting soething, either cut the shit out until it dosent rub or raise the car. I vote for option 1.

use a dremel with a cutting whell and just cut that inner piece away. Then smoothe it out so you can allow to full-counter and not chop up the fender.

dremel would take forever... and your fender will be flimsy.. just roll/pull the fender with a rod/bat.. cant have a perfect fender and flush rims, its either one or the other..

I do own one, the fronts metal is so thin why even bother? I tried it and the fender just flexes. Hammer is all you need and imo easier.

A fender roller is pretty helpful in the rear.
