s14 JDM Kouki gauge cluster in a USDM Zenki?

Hey,
Just wondering what is all involved in doing this swap from a kouki jdm cluster to a zenki usdm car. Are the wiring plugs the same? Do you have to splice a whole bunch of wires? If the cluster was from and auto would it work in a 5 spd. Thanks in advance for your help!

Man i just searched for an hour and didnt find anything.... Thanks.. I just found in the FSM that the two plugs are different for the two clusters, is it possible to order these plugs from nissan, or does anyone know where I can get them. They are labeled m70, m71, and m72 in the 98 240sx FSM Thnx

Cut and splice, though a good dash harness is rare to find and most people won't like cutting it up just to sell a few plugs.

you need the sub harness for the cluster. it plugs into the dash harness IIRC.
zenk harness goes with zenki cluster. kouki harness goes with kouki cluster.
it's like how on s13, analog and digital both have different harness.
don't quote me on this tho.

S13 yes. S14, no, there isn't a subharness.
