So, I'm installing my front bumper and fenders. test fitted etc..

-aftermarket fenders don't have stud with thread to help support the ends of the bumper(Where corner light of fender is over bumper,slightly sagging at ends only. I trimmed bumper reinforcment so the center of bumper is fine and fits perfectly.)
The bumper has a hole where the it would match up with the oem fender. Now can I just drill a small hole end of fender..and zip tie/bolt+nut.I also might need to trim a tad of the fiberglass corner fender as the corner light doesn't slide in.Though I may just expand the corner light slot with a dremel. So I don't want to mess up the fiberglass but should I just use a drill bit and go at it.This also applies to the splash guard under bumper no holes on bumper, and wheel well splash guard..(even trickier since fender is so slim)

Also can I just prime the fiberglass with reg. primer or get that primer spot filler,flexible? Getting it painted in April.
