I am currently a telephone system technician (Toshiba PBX) and am moving to Georgia in January. I plan on doing some side jobs (kinda like a sub-contractor) in the same field until I can find a permanent job or go to grad school. Question is: Do I need to show some form of insurance or permit to service businesses? Any help appreciated.

most small businesses will not ask for anything.. as long as you speak to the boss and you get the job done.
