ill be ordering new struts and shocks soon for my '95 S14, just not sure what kind i'm going to get. any recomendations???  i have gotten a prive quote for a set of tokicos for $360, that a good price?  what about the KYB GR2's, are they any good? thanks for any replies.

i paid 400 shipped for my tokico's, anything under that is a good price.

From what I hear, GR2's suck. I've heard of people blowing them in less than a month with just normal, daily driving. I paid 300 for mine, but that was from a private party, so between me and tnord, 360 sounds 'bout right. My tokicos been on about 3 months and they're still holding strong.

i have tokicos and i paid 370. im relatively happy with them, they dont seem to be too harsh or anything.

i have not heard very good things abour tokicos. what about koni? don't they make adjustables for the s14? anyone hear anything good or bad about koni's??

koni's r great, only problem is most shops won't do the install for you because it requires using hte front strut housing off your original shox.  There is a page over on 240x.org i believe... but if u plan on doing it yourself and a lil custom work doesn't bother you, koni's r the way 2 go if u can afford them.
