anyone know how to distinguish glazed pads (overheated)?

just wondering if there is an easy visual way to make out glazed brake pads? i know if you use them, they fade faster when they are glazed...

anyways, let me know if anyone knows how to make them out...

what is the point of that? why are you trying to glaze your stock ones? that is not good for the car, you wont be able to stop. glazing pads is where the brakes get so hot, that they literally melt the pads, making it shiney/smooth like glass.
