gimme your opinion on my wheels please

ok well....i picked up some works a few months ago and the car is starting to come together finally....so here it is...
19x9.5 +24 and 19x10.5 +29 works...only thing is....the offsets arent the greatest so im thinking about running 10 or 15mm spacers (yes i know ill get flamed for it but its the only option i have, and 10 or 15mm isnt too much to space out) good thing though, it clears the inner wheel well

before widebody

after widebody (looks too sunken in im thinking....wont know till i buy the tires)

you shouldn't need widebody on front or rear if you run strechted tires and a little bit of camber. All you need to do is roll your fenders all the way around and maybe a 10mm pull in the rear.

why didn't you get better offsets?

EDIT: are you running coilvers? you may have clearence issues up front

^he's right, forget the widebody. you don't even need a pull. 19's are gonna look huge on an s13.

Take the overfender off and get an appropriate pull.

Since you asked for opinions, here's mine: your wheels are two inches too large in diameter and about 10 pounds too heavy, each. Also, you'll probably never get full lock again.

the fronts probably wont clear coilovers, the rim is gonna hit the spring. +20 hits on Cusco Zero2 and Tanabe DD coilovers. get a 15mm spacer all around and you'll be golden.

edit* the guy a few posts above is a idiot, you'll get to full lock just fine. make sure you bang flat all the pinch welds in the front fender wells, and you have to move up the brake line bracket a little bit.

i've been running 18x9.5"+12 225/40-18 up front for over a year now, Tein tie rods and all. probably 15+ drift events last year??? it does just fine. they will be heavy tho.

Two does not a few make.

His tires are going to be at least 1" larger in diameter than yours. Also note the word "probably." Feel free to pick up a dictionary for the definition.

diameter has nothing to do with lock, his car is also gonna be that inch higher off the ground than mine too, and unless he tucks the front tire enough so that the fender goes down to the rim, he will not have this problem. the width of the wheel and its relation to how close it is to the coilover, plus the amount of angle you are able to get will determine any hitting or not.

btw, you will hit the tension rod with the wheel at this width before the wheel will hit the top inside of the fender well. if there's any hitting, it will be towards the front or back of the well where it starts to curve up, way before the top or direct inside parts. further more, unless you run caster like a douche bag moron setup, under most normal conditions with most average alignment specs the wheel will lean away from the car at the top when at full lock, giving you even more room to work with in the hitting the fender well department. if you arent hitting the tension rod with the wheel, you are just fine, and even if you rub some of the coating off the well with the tire, just bang it with a hammer a little and the recoat, done.

feel free to pick my dick outa your mouth anytime now. previous statement still stands.

Looks like you have a broken rear side marker lens. I just took mine off. I'll let you have it real cheap if you need it. PM me.
