Overseas Shipping

I'm going to be going to Guam this summer and I think I want to transport my motorcycle and 240SX there. I usually stay there for about 2-months and I think I want to bring my toys this time.

Has anyone done any overseas shipping? This would be US to US since Guam is a US territory. In case you don't know, Guam's in between Japan and Hawaii. I tried to search on google but came up blank, I just wanted a quote.

If anything getting my car there is more important than my bike. Thanks guys!

You should check with the shipping companies and get a quote and an estimated time it'll take to get here. I'm in Guam and from what I hear is, its probably about $1500- $2000, depending on the size of the container. A 20ft. container should be able to fit both your car and the bike. I hope this helps, but I suggest you get more info from an actual shipping company instead. By the way, are you from Guam, or have any relatives here?

Not practical or financially feasible IMO, not if only 2 months.

Sounds like somebody thinks the LADIES will be impressed by the S13 hatch.

Too much trouble, and you risk a lot during transport, a lot of my friends got stuff jacked while in transport on the boat going to Hawaii (subs, amps, etc).

Car transport to Hawaii is around $800-1000, give or take, but I'm sure Guam might be MORE expensive, not sure.

Only person on here I know for sure transported was DoriftoSlut, I think his car came from Maui, Hawaii to Socal.

Hafa Adai, islander.
Yeah, Guam's roads aren't bad at all. I think I found 2 bad spots on the highway from Tamuning to Agat. Everywhere else was nice roads.

moved to OT

Hafa Adai, mrmeph.
Thank you for clearing that up, I think I noticed a couple more, but I got used to it I guess. But all in all for a small Island, I say we got some damn pretty good roads here. Shoot............

What the hell MrMeph, didn't know you were stationed on Guam haha.

And Hafa Adai Che'lu (islander240) yea man I'm 1/2 Chamorro, my familys last name is Certeza/Santos.

Anyway, I guess if I bring the car out there, I might as well just leave it there. I thought it would've been around $1000 which would be fine but $2000 is a bit out of my price range. Let me look into a bit more.

LogeDawggy and Dousan : What company sent Lindsays car from HI to CA?

Not sure if I'm shipping it anymore. I just found out an accurate price quote and I don't think spending $6K on my plane ticket plus shipment is worth it this summer

I'll see about buying something out there though, keeping it at my Grandmas house to slowly build and drive around in. Anyway, here's my car since you won't see it in person hahaha...
