here's mine. basically, you need to remove the little lip that is already on the chuki bumper and you're pretty much set to go. There are four holes that sorta line up with the bumper on the lip and you can either dremel them to fit, or use zip ties. All four are on the front of the bumper. For the sides i just removed two of the clips that were holding in the fender skin and zip tied the side of the lip to the fender.

Usually people only use those 4 or so bolts, and then they sag and look crappy.

What i did was drill like 8 holes total through where the lip and bumper meet, and then used big SS washers and bolts. Then i took two L style brackets and pushed them like 6 inchs apart in the center of the lip. The L bracket thing is ahrd to explain without pictures, lol but It worked sick. Didnt sag at all. It looked as if it was meant to be on the bumper. Oh and also for the part of the lip that mounts to the back of the fender. I just drilled little holes and used some very small painted self tapping screws.

sorry to bring this thread up, if possible let us know if you can supply the pics of the L brackets, you can hopefully just snap a pic by jacking up the front just a tad off the ground. My main question for this modification is the following; you know how 91 bumper has a little buldge on the side where it meets to the fender almost like an extension that 89-90 fenders do not have, does that interfere with a lenght of a pig nose lip to clear the bumper side to side or there is plenty of space to mount it?
