As you see in the picture, I have a leak. I guess that the seal is broken. Do you think I should just change the seal or put a new caliper in? I do have spare set of calipers.

If I have to install a new caliper, how can I undo that part in yellow circle in the picture below? It is a parking brake line stay. What tool do I need and can I yank it out without power assist?

Replace the caliper with your back up, then replace the seal. That way you still have good back ups.

And you unbolt the lines, then you can pull out the e-brake cable using the free slack.

LOL.. it's not a tool. Once you unbolt the line, you'll have room to pull the cable in and slip it through the holder in the line.

So you are saying that when I unbolt the fixture that keeps parking brake tight on the caliper, the parking brake cable will be loose enough slip out othe holder, right?

Yes, just lower the parking brake and then do what he said above.
