I have this problem with my motor right now that if the car sits at idle for more then 4-5 minutes the motor will choke when you give it gas, it wont rev over 2000 RPM. However if i start the car right up and go it will not act up and it will drive very normal, untill i come to a stop and have to sit for more then 4 minutes. This is getting very annoying, can anybody give me a answer to this. Thankyou!

when my sr was in my 96 240sx it didnt have this problem....after i put it in my 98 it started this problem...

and i dont think its my MAF because if it was i think the hesitation woud be contenious

please check for engine codes first then get back with us.

a friend of mine at Nissan hooked up the computer and it woudnt read.....it read when the sr was in my 96 though....and in between the swaps i did not change anything on the motor.

im having a very similar problem with my CA, the car just dies and has no power after driving it for like 5 min

fuel pump? it might be electrical
