K so I searched and found my 95 s14 is throwin cranshaft pos sensor code. I read that it normally doesnt do much but my cars timing feels like it changes like lags below 2k than acts normal above 2k rpms.

Nothing to do with the CPS. It is used for diagnositics only and would not affect timing or air/fuel. You have another problem somewhere.
