SR internals

What are the weak points of an SR engine? At what power levels are the pistons, ring lands, rods going to break normally. Are the pistons forged? Are the rods forged? What are the weak points of the head as well, like whats first to go in the valvetrain. Whats a safe redline on stock valves. Im just trying to get a god source of what are SR motors are capable of. If this information has already been posted maybe we can relocate here and make it more organized.

Its really all in the tuning as far as the SR is concerned. The rocker arms/springs for the head Id say are prolly the weakest link but is usually only a problem with upgraded cams.
The bottem end is good from the factory, Ive seen 500, 600+hp on stock internals. Like I said, its all in the tuning.

so with good tuning do you think 500whp would be reliable?
