Which After M.Camshafts are best for SR(S14)

Hi guys,
I recently had an issue with my motor(95 blacktop S14 SR20det)
and might have to get new head gasket and pistons, since It will be opened.I figured Id'e go ahead and do the Camshaft and gears upgrade along with it.
My question si which are the best After market Cams and gears?
My drift , and power goal is 400HP
Not so worried about final speed, more overall power,
Hope you guys can help,
A buddy of mine working at JE said that the JWT cams are the best and their sprockets are better because they are fixed and wont ever lossen out of place.
but I also know HKS has some good ones.
also wanted to know what lift and stage should i get..the car is also my daily driver.

ps in case helps : the car has JWT ecu/ 855cc inj/ Z32 MAF/ stock T28 for the time being..
