sr into s13 wire question

Okay so I got my wiring done on my s13 blacktop into my 91 s13. Now when wiring the plug that goes from the engine harness to the body harness right in front of the battery where you connect the black with red stripe wire (main ignition power) from the body to the black with red stripe and blue with red stripe from the SR harness, who you also connect the smaller blue with red stripe wire to those? I mean that there is a large blue with red stripe wire and a smaller blue with red stripe wire, do they go together with the black with red striped wire into the black with red striped wire from the body? Sorry if that is confusing. lol!!
