Can Koyo Radiator Be Repaired???

while changeing my water pump i accidently stabed my aluminum koyo radiator. it has 3 real tiny holes now from scraping it and now leaks coolant from there. is aluminum radiators repairable? or do i need to buy a new one.
if its repairable does anyone have any idea of a ruff estimate to fix 3 real real tiny little holes in the center of the core.

I did the same thing and had it repaired. I don't remember what it cost but it was less than $50. You must find someone who can weld aluminum.
