how to tell if tps is adjusted at 100% throttle w/o safc?
my tps has been moved, i don't have an safc or anything to tell if my tps is say at WOT/100%, is there a way to adjust the tps w/o say for example an safc, just want to know how to adjusted the tps right the way it should be

^^^ Yep.
Look for ~0.40-0.50 volts when closed (key in the ON position)...and +4volts when held wide open. Check an FSM to see which 2 wires to probe. - Brian
