s12 Notchback Questions

Hey guys. I have a 88 s12 notchback with a ca18et. I'm prolly gonna get a ca18det next summer but I am keep the et till thenand I have a few questions that I think yall might ba able to help me with.

What should i run on the car after I intercool it and get 450's and the t25. I wanna go 12 pounds of boost but I am new to the safc game and I have nothing to go off of.

When i was taking the engine out of the car to be cleaned and replace the head gasket and have parts milled down to flush I broke the 3 bolts coming off the downpipe that go to the cat pipe leading into the cat. Where can I get another downpipe as the bolts are stuck inside the old downpipe piece or is there an alternative that will bolt to the t25 and my cat in pipe.

Last but not least where can i get a good set of deep dish rims for this car I dont want to have to get rotas.

go to the hardware store and buy an EZ-OUT. read the back of the package for directions how to use. no need to buy a new dp.
