Window switch jammed - Stuck down

My passenger side window switch got jammed yesterday. I don't know how, my passenger just put his window down and when he tried to put it up the switch basically wouldn't move. It wouldn't make that click when you pull up. Now thats not a big deal but when I try to use my drivers side switch to raise it, it won't move either. So I am thinking maybe it's stuck down and the signals are cancelling each other out.

So I took out the plug to my passenger handle and it still doesn't work. I did mess around with the lock and unlock window button aswell.

I recently replaced my window amp, I guess it IS possible for it to have gone bad somehow. so my question is... If the button is infact stuck, would unplugging the switch and using the drivers side switch not remedy the problem? Does it break the circuit or something?

If the window should roll up with the switch unplugged, then It's probably my AMP. If not, it's my switch and I'll buy a new one.

Thanks for the help zilvia.

No. The external window amp only controls the driver side window. The amplifier for the passenger side is built into the driverside main switch.

Thanks R240 - what do you think about the situation with unplugging my passenger switch. If that was unplugged and my driver's switch worked - would my passenger window work?

My drivers window still works. With all this information, do you think it could be like a bad ground or bad switch? What should I do and do you have anything you can sell me haha.
Thanks
