s13 wassup from hawaii! tho i got some Q's

Hello everyone. my father-in-law and i have a 89 240 with a sr20det black top in it. our turbo just went and we need to upgrade. i was thinking of going with thge s15 turbo. i was wanting to know the pros and cons of this turbo. and also what supporting mods i will need to support this turbo. i was also thinking of going with a e-manage ultimate(i have this for my suby tho not installed yet)

Also what does the stock s15 boost at and what is a safe boost for the sr20det blacktop to boost at.
