another 240 that fails state inspection

i search and read the other guys attempt to pass inspection but i still have a few ?? plus i dont know if my readings apply to the other threads..

first of all i live in texas and i fail the state inspection on thursday.

my readings wherelow speed emission results 815 rpm)

standard reading

HC 220 275
CO% 1.20 2.32

i passed the high speed though..

the guy that did the test told me that i should get my cat converter cuz it might be dirty and my whole exhaust for leaks..

should i do that???

i dont want to waste much money since i have alot of bills to pay..

or should i just do the other stuff mention in past threats

o2 sensor
egr
coolant temperature sensor
vaccums

before doing the inspection

i changed to ngk iridium, changed my oil(about time), and used some intake cleaner

plz help.... i have 15 day to get another inspection so i need to start replacing and cleaning....

thanks....
