one other thing is on the end of my sr20 harness there are 3 plugs that plug in to the sr20 fuse box in the engine bay that are not on my 240sx fuse box. every thing i read doesn't say anything but to use my 240 fuse box. but were does the 3 plugs go to then?

There are 3 plugs mounted to the inner fender, right next to the battery.  You will have to switch some wires around.  I have a 92 and the wire colors should be the same as yours.  I just followed the FAQ's on heavy throttle.  Good luck.
