fuel and fuel tank questions!

i have and s14 and im about to finish my project and it has been sitting for about a year and half and besides being on my car trailor few times it really hasnt moved much and my question is should i be concerned wit how old da fuel is and should i take it our or leave it be, and also if i drain it, is there a drain plug on the tank or will i have to siphone the whole tank dry. i looked under the tank and dont see much dat resembles a drain so i really dont know wut i should do. i apprecaite it in advance!!
