s13 weird clanking/rolling noise coming from the rear

i get this somewhat loud rolling/clanking noise from the rear when i drive my car, it doesnt happen when i shake the car, it only happens when i drive it, it was dominantly coming from the right side of the car, sounding like it was around the rear passenger seat area, but lately its been making the sound on the left side.
whats your guys input on this?

p.s. this happend to me even when i had stock shocks, i switched over to coilovers and its still the same.
