brakes?
so ive had my car since october with skyline brakes on the front stock rears (z32's possibly going on at some point) i havent driven the car at all this winter so its been sitting in my driveway. I took it out yesterday just screwin around a little and when i step on the brakes it feels stiff and takes a long time for them to react...brake fluid is full so it has to be the pads right? or could it be something else? if its the pads can someone recommend good replacement pads i was thinking of getting ENDLESS if its something else let me know what you think any help would be appreciated

I don't know if this is similar, but I had my car in valet parking (outside) for a week when I went out of town. During that time KC had a snow storm, and when I got the car back, the brakes felt really weird. Stiff, but didn't brake very well. I just bled my brakes, my bleeder valves were clogged, but afterwards the feel was MUCH better. It felt "normal" again. Anyway, even if it wasn't a problem with air in the lines, it definately fixed it.

Surface rust on the rotors should be no big deal, and definitely doesn't mean that you need new ones unless they were in bad shape to begin with. After driving on them again for a while, they should clean right up, if not you could just take them to a shop to get them resurfaced.
