how much do u think i could get for 1989 240sx auto, chasis has about 130,000 miles on left back fender needs replace. it has brand new spark plugs, spark plug wires, more or less brand new igintion rotor and distributor cap (from dealer ship, maybe 2 months old). tainted windows after market front speaker dont know what kind tho. The only thing is it isnt starting the engine cranks over but doesnt start. (if u might know how to fix plz tell and ill see what i can do) so depending on how much i might get for it i may sell it.

isolate the problem (spark, compression, feul) then buy a FSM (chilton books are easy to get) or download FSM but almost all the links are shot. PM me and I can send you the FSM you need. last thing SEARCH.

we dont really have rear fenders there chap......The 1/4 panel needs to be replaced?...If so on your car, the insurance company would definitely label the buddy as tottaled. Get it running and ask for a grand since 240's are the hotness and people are retarted.

You might want to get the tainted windows fixed as that should piss some people off test driving

give that a shot and see how it comes out. it's not really a fender, it's part of the unibody. that means you will have to cut out the old part, weld in the new one, do some body work and paint it all. i'm guessing you can't do that yourself so that's going to cost about another $1000. so now you've sunk $1600 into a car that still doesn't run and won't sell form more than $1000 on a good day. it's an 18 year old car, don't worry about the body, no one else is. just get it running and get rid of it for what you can.

well took it to the machenic the day and he got it running but not as well as it was he says it might be the fuel pump but itsnt sure and that is gonna cost like 366 just for the pump

i wish i knew someone that loved building cars that had a good s13 to swap for but thats in good old dream land i still what a single cam s13 though so we will see what happens with this

Just buy a walbro fuel pump for 100 buxs on ebay. Really easy to install yourself.
