Couple questions

1) I have coilovers and I'm having time adjusting the camber plates, well really I can't loosen the bolts on the camber plate I've used a hammer with the hex driver tool that came with the coilovers and it just won't loosen. Do i have to take off the whole suspension just to adjust it? Give me some suggestions because one of my tires is closer to the fender and the other one is centered good.

2)Whats the worst that can happen to the engine if i let my turbo just wear out? I can clean my intake and IC piping because theres a little oil there. I'm asking because I'm not rich and I'm debating if i should replace turbo or get aftermarket wheels

I'm so new =(
