sticking gas pedal

ok so im new here just got my s13 240 coupe last night. one thing i noticed tho was that when your about to press that gas down it feels like it dosnt want to go down, like its almost stuck a lil bit in the up posistion. im thinking maybe somthing needs a greasing or the TB could be sticking? or are the pedals just like this?

my old car did that in the mornig first time hittin the gas. you can just hit it before you start the car.Or clean the thottle body w/ carb cleaner and spray some wd40/or white lithum greese on the springs on thottle body and near the pedal....if that does not work your cable may be sticking.
