SRs have coilpacks... If one is bad call companies that sell SRs and check the classifieds...
Yes the car will run on three cylinders but it isn't a good thing to do... |

yes, and i believe they are being sold in the classifieds, 25 each or something...
and yes, i've ran on 3 cylinders before, sluggish/funny at the low end, but when it's running, can't tell the difference... |

Before you go buying new coil packs test the one that isn't firing by switching it to a different cylinder...if it works then look at the igniter. I had the same problem last month. Good luck!

yes. your car will sound like a WRX and will shake 25% more.
I used to fuck with my friend and pull one of his spark plug connectors out of his KA. lolll Anyways, it sounds like ur still not sure whats wrong with your car. Heres how to test if one of ur coilpacks are bad: have the car running, pull one coilpack out at a time. If the engine all of a sudden runs different (you'll hear and see it being a little more rough, even more so if u rev it) then you know that coil pack was good. If you pull one of them and there is absolutly NO CHANGE, that means that coilpack or sparkplug or ign related for that cylinder is BAD. If you find out all your coilpacks are good, i would def check the timing. There are several articles on most forums on how to time an SR motor. Its pretty simple.
