need some help with my boostcontroller

hey all,

ok i have a stock sr20det red top and i put it a greddy pro-spec b boostcontroller. well im having a problem right now to where i cant get the boost loower then 9psi and theres alot of boost spiking going on. im pretty sure we connected it right. i dont understand why i cant get it to run on stock wastegate 7psi. im not sure what to do im trying to get it where its not spiking to 11psi then drops to 9psi. i need to know 2 things first how do i get it back to stock 7psi and why the hell is the spking so crazy? i think i hooked up the solenoid right im not sure. can someone share some light on this please.
