Trying to put on new horns

Ok I swapped front ends with a guy who had a Silvia front end. He ended up taking my horns (I forgot to get them back). So I got these aftermarket horns off my Silvia front clip. I put them on but all I hear is 'clicking' from one of the fuse boxes (the one under the air box). I take them off and they still click. Does anyone know what's wrong? I have no idea how this horn stuff works

its your relay for the horns. Its supposed to click, that means its working. you need to get a test light and determine if you are getting power to the horns when you hit the button. If you are, the horns are dead. If not, then you need to trace the wire back to the relay and make sure its not broken.
