running issues with ca poweredsilvia

The last time i was on here i owned a 240 droptop with sr swap. got into a little accident which totalled her. Now i own a rhd 89 silvia k with ca18det. anyway i have a good list of mods on it. but when i put on the ka24e throttle body i found that i gained an issue. the vehicle has a very rough start up. like it has a hard time cranking over then when it does start it runs rough with rpm's around 1500. it takes about 5 minutes for it to warm up and then runn kinda normal. but rpm's fluctuate. do you think it's a problem with my tps or maybe even the throttle body itself? i'm baffled. i'm gonna try resetting the safc and see if that helps (helped someone else before) . any help is greatly appreciated
