SR NO INJECTOR POWER! stuck, pls hlp

MY SETUP:
'96 SE S14
S13 SR20DET BLKTP
1.2 MTL HG
COMPRESSION: approx. 165/163/160/160
S13 SOHC MAF
S14 turbo @ 7 lbs
WALBRO 255 w/ NISMO ADJ. FPR

Has 3.7 liters of OIL
3/8 tank of GAS
50/50 MIX of COOLANT

I drove the car already for 1,000+ MILES with NO sign of a problem, till I installed side skirts, and when I made the Oil+Filter change. My motor does not start, and this is what has already been looked @:
  1. Timing is set to 15 degrees below TDC
  2. Spark at all 4 coilpacks
  3. Light on ecu lights up when KEYED ON
  4. Swapped ECU with a known working ECU= SAME SITUATION
  5. Fuel pressure at approx. 60 psi
  6. Each of the 2 wires on all 4 injector connectors have NO PWR when KEYED ON
  7. Battery + Oil pressure lamp light up on gauge cluster which NEVER lit up in the past.
  8. No blown fuses in both fuse boxes, except for wipers-which i dont have because the wiper plug was chopped off by the previous owner... if at all relevant..
  9. Swapped out BLUE relays (@ the moment dnt knw function of BROWN relays)
  10. Engine harness has no cut or ripped wires!
If you have any idea what the problem could be, PLEASE dont hesitate to help a ZILVIAN in distress. I dont have very many days left for sick leave..

Umm...check a 240sx manual if you can to see which relay your fuel pump is...it might be a bad wire or the pump itself went bad/faulty.

Can you hear it turn on when you turn the accessory? Follow the wires from the injectors and see if they have been skinned somewhre and shorted.

btw there are 3 fuse boxes...the 2 under the hood and 1 under steering colum if you wanted to check those to make sure? GL and test some of those thought and see what happens.
