Silvia Experts in SF Bay Area? (Also auto-trans q)

I'm located in both Berkeley and Cupertino (commute back and forth all the time). &nbsp;I'm looking for someone who would be willing to help me swap an S15 into a 240sx. &nbsp;I don't think I have all the know-how, and I definetly don't have all the tools. &nbsp;I can get shops to do it, I know, but I'm doing this as a learning experience &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Of course payment will be negotiated. &nbsp;All I ask is that I be able to partake in the swap process. &nbsp;

I also have a question on the transmission. &nbsp;If I have an automatic transmission 240sx, will the manual SR20DET swap in? &nbsp;How much modification is required?
