well my car had been pulling hard to the right and shaking about 60+mph...so i took it to have the front end aligned today and they told me that my toe in was slightly off and that my front left tire is bald on the inside(next to the wheel well) and that my camber was off aswell...i told him that i was going to lower it and he tells me that if i did lower it then it would be almost unfixable...what i want to know is what may have caused my tire to be all whopsided...

From my limited experience with suspension (when summer comes around, I'm gonna improve mine), check the tension rods, and if its the right front of the car for problems. It sounds like its sagging. Might be a broken spring, or burnt out shock. Check the control arms, etc.

Lowering won't hurt the car, normally it'll make you work out all the other kinks in your suspension too.

what caused it is that your tire was not totally set on the floor it was bent ..... so imagine your tire rollin on the inside part of it... more weight is put on that side of the tire... giving it more grip and wearing out unevenly... it shouldnt be a problem lowering it.
