Please speak more clearly and you will be more prone to getting replies faster.

Now, are you saying that all of the lights on your gauge cluster are operating properly except for your e brake notification light? I apologize if this is completely off but it is the best sense I can make out of your post.

If tail light and cluster light are not working, you have a blown 10a fuse in the kick panel. Both lights are tied to the same wiring.

More info needed.

What cluster lights aren't working, every one of them? If you turn the key to Switched/Acc do the warning lamps turn on? Is it just the lights that illuminate the cluster? Does the cluster function correctly? (i.e. speedo, tach)

Brake lights:

First option, are the bulbs burnt out? Second. Get a multimeter and check for power when the brakes are applied (You will need a friend to help out).

If no voltage hits the wires when brakes are applied, assume brake light switch.

Like fliprayzin said, check fuses too. (Oh hey! You bought the aero from me!)

its a fuse blown like said above or you have a peeled wire that is also grounded.

Why haven't you used a multimeter? All of our guesses are useless until you actually check power at the bulbs. No power means there is a problem farther up the wire somewhere. Grounds, connections, cuts can easily be eliminated by just checking with a multimeter for voltage.
