Just wanted to make sure I have my info correct(Koni suspension)

I am wanting to use the Koni Yellow inserts/Ground Control setup on my S14. Just wanting to make sure know of everything I will need.

-Koni yellow inserts (I need the part number)
-ground control coilovers with my choice of springs
-some sort of pillowball upper mounts

-And I need my stock strut housings front and rear, correct?

How low will I be able to go with this setup? Can I go lower by mounting the inserts lower in the strut housing? (I know this setup isn't for slamming the car, that's not what I'm looking for, just seeing if it's a possibility).

I have never experienced this type of suspension (using the stock strut housing/aftermarket struts).

Basically I am wanting the bottom line on everything I will need and what kind of height adjustability I will have.

Thanks!
