greddy profec b settings *ALREADY SEARCHED*

i searched all over the net including zilvia and always got settings and help for t28 turbo and not for stock t25... ive been fiddling around with the boost controller and nothing... ive tried different setting and playing around and i cant get the psi i want or the consistency... it always spikes...

im looking for 10psi low and 13psi high keep the boost at least to 7000psi if it drops after that well it doesnt matter i never go to redline...

my mods are
stock t25 turbo
stock 370cc injectors
front mount intercooler
full 3 inch straight exhaust starting after the turbo elbow

ive connected the way everybody tells me to... and just in case i did remove the little plastic cover from the hole that isnt used in the EBC...

heres the setting im running on low right now and its spiking 13.2psi

set 35
gain 23
set gain 8

im not trying to get like setting from other people i know its car specific but at least a little help from anyone?
