are the trannys the same in a s13?
for a ca, ka , sr are they all the same tranny and are they interchangable?

this is a search worthy subject you do need to learn to use the search button. I will oblige you partially though. The internals are the same the bell housings are different.

You can always buy a bell housing... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I would just buy the right tranny... S13, S14 , S15, Obd 1 USDM, Obd 2 usdm. All are different... Sensors etc...
